  • Successfully led 3 separate political campaigns to victory in 2014 and 2015.

  • Created a complete marketing analysis with recommendations for a $2 billion corporate housing.

Avis Budget Group LLC Parsippany, NJ 2002 - 2013

 

For over a decade I led several areas within the Marketing organization to drive revenue, growth and expansion of the overall brand including CRM, Product and Program Development and Digital. Responsible for all phases of the creative process: building and executing creative services for direct and email initiatives while achieving revenue, financial, and consumer loyalty objectives by driving market share initiatives across North America.

Milestones Include:

  • Transformed the way Avis Budget Group reached customers in the digital space. Click through/conversion rates increased every year under my lead. In 2013 click through rates rose over 10% and which resulted in an increase of 5% in revenue, $120mm in incremental revenue year over year.

  • Created a social media plan to provide exclusive deals for those directly connected with employees with projections of $3mm annual revenue.

  • Influenced leadership to embrace a customer lifecycle strategy and implement a campaign management system.

  • Led the marketing strategy to enhance existing loyalty programs to a true points system so we could better serve our most valued customers and increase loyalty and conversation rates.

  • Created the marketing initiative for the Budget Truck sales plan which successfully led to selling 250 trucks per month.

  • Led the launch and implementation of “the Ultimate Test Drive” car sales initiative partnering with AutoNation.

  • Led cross-functional team in launch and implementation of the current GPS, e-Toll and Satellite Radio programs for Avis and Budget car rental which has generated incremental revenue of over $700 million.

  • Led Six Sigma team that significantly reduced unnecessary costs by eliminating marketing initiatives that were counter-productive to our branding saving upwards of $7 million annually.

  • Accountable and responsible for all marketing executions that can be seen today in over 2000 locations including in-location videos, window/floor graphics, banners, counter signs and all the bus signage.
